Dukkah is as beautiful blend of nuts, seeds and spices originally from the Middle East. It is a delightful way to add extra flavour and texture to almost any meal.

Our range has 6 varieties made with a blend of spices and each with a unique nut blend which can incl Macadamia, Almond, Hazelnut, Pistachio, and Cashew.

Kasoundi  (Tomato) originating in the Bengal region of India

Kasoundi comes in a Medium   and a HOT Heat and also in three sizes.

 We like to  add it to Greek Yoghurt and use as a marinade or dip.

Kasoundi is great on BBQ’s, poached eggs, mixed with coconut cream as a marinade or enhancer to fish, chicken, soups, vegetables, pizza bases and much more.
